We performed internal client processes and external sales audits to identify the company’s biggest inefficiencies, missteps, and problem areas. We worked with the executive team to prioritize areas of transformation across the biggest focus areas: client acquisition, premium average, and client account growth.
Internally, we automated manual processes between client and client managers making it faster and easier for clients to be onboarded, review their account, or increase their account value.
Externally, we conducted audience research to identify the most likely digital buyers, developed a full repositioning of the brand and sales narrative, rewrote and coached sales scripts, and redeveloped all marketing experience touch points including: website and landing pages, content design, podcast development, sms and email marketing, tv commercials, and video content.
