Education, especially public education in the US, has always been a hot button issue. Gifted and Talented education has been even further scrutinized. With the impact of the global pandemic, changes to federal funding, and shifts in the public outlook, Gifted and Talented support has dwindled in recent years.
Our client, a successful entrepreneur and technologist created an app-based, after-school program designed for these underserved Gifted and Talented students. Leveraging mastery-based learning and coaching support from world-class athletes, our client took a new approach to education.
Despite an incredible product, our challenge was marketing a complex message to two of the most difficult demographics at the same time: parents and students.
